About the position

As a swimming staff member with us, you will have a varied job where you contribute to ensuring that our guests have a safe, clean, and welcoming experience. Customer interaction and service are central parts of the job, and you are responsible for putting the guest first and constantly working to create unique experiences and activities. The work is mostly performed together with your colleagues but sometimes also individually, so there are high demands on your ability to switch between working in a team and taking individual responsibility for your tasks. The position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Supervision in the swimming hall to maintain safety
• Cleaning and maintenance of our facilities
• Customer service
• Basic technical operation and maintenance work
• Teaching swimming for different age groups
